Welcome to the Rotary Club of Monash We are a friendly group of men and women most of whom live or work in the City of Monash.
The age of our members ranges from mid-twenties to over eighty and we meet for breakfast every Wednesday morning at 7:00am for a 7:15am start at: The Chief Commissioner's Dining Room Victoria Police Academy Mount View Road Glen Waverley, Victoria, 3150 Meetings close at 8:15am so that those who need to can get away to work. Most weeks we have a guest speaker who talks on a topic of interest. In addition, the Club holds a number of partners' evenings, restaurant nights and social gatherings during the year.
As well as our social activities, we raise funds in support of worthy causes both for the local community and internationally. Recent examples are the provision of a Braille computer for a local primary school and the construction of a potable water system for an orphanage in India whose wells were polluted by the Tsunami.
